Learn to Play the Guitar!
Saturdays, Mar 9 - May 4 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
An 8-week "Introduction to Guitar" class will be offered on Saturdays, March 9 through May 4 at the Johnson Public Library. Concert performance on May 4, at 2:30 PM. Hackensack children ages 8-18 are welcome to register. You need to supply your own guitar.
Each person must commit to participating for all 8 weeks of the program. There is a materials fee of $50.00 per participant. For Hackensack residents only. To register and/or for further information, contact Michelle at 201-343-4169 x34 ormichelle.acosta@bccls.org.

FREADING
Freading is a downloadable ebook service for Hackensack library card holders. Unlike other services, the entire catalog is available at all times, so there isn't a long wait for the books you'd like to read. Available publishers include Sterling, Sourcebooks, Workman and Kensington, among many others.
Freading ebooks can be accessed via many different devices, including PC and Mac Computers, Apple and most Android devices, ereaders including the Nook, Kobo and Sony Readers, and with a few extra steps, the Kindle Fire. For specific download/transfer information for your device, please read the FAQ on the Freading site.
FREEGAL
Freegal Music is a downloadable music service that provides access to the Sony Music Entertainment catalog. It offers hundreds of thousands of songs, over 100 genres of music and more than 50 record labels. Downloads are DRM free and do not require the loading of any particular software onto your computer.
