Do you have the itch to write but don’t have a clue where to start . . . or how to finish? Join us for an 8-session Writers’ Workshop at the Johnson Public Library to learn how to begin a story, develop the story, and end the story well. You will learn story writing skills in a group environment, with experienced workshop leader Michael Potter. Michael has a Certificate in Creative Writing and has been teaching writers’ workshops in Bergen County for the last eight years. His enthusiasm for and knowledge of writing will make this series both enjoyable and helpful to you in your goal of learning to write. This 8-session workshop is free and open to anyone at a beginning level of writing. Preference to Hackensack residents, but others may join us as space is available. No experience is necessary! You must be able to attend all 8 workshops, on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., on September 13, 20, 27; October 4, 11, 18, 25; November 1. Pre-registration is required.
